This page explains what data may be processed when you visit bieeel.com or contact its owner.

2. Data processed

  • Contact form: name, email, company or project, type, estimated budget and message content.
  • Call bookings: the data you provide to the external booking service and that it shares with the owner.
  • Technical data: IP address, date, browser and similar logs that the hosting provider may generate to serve and protect the website.
  • Abuse prevention: an irreversible fingerprint of the IP address, created with a private key, is temporarily used to limit repeated submissions; the plain-text IP address is not stored in the form database.
  • Anti-abuse check: Cloudflare Turnstile processes the technical data needed to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated activity.
  • Theme preference: this is stored locally in your browser and is not used by the application to identify you.
  • Language preference: this is stored in a technical cookie to keep the chosen or detected language between visits; it is not used to identify you.
  • Usage metrics: Vercel Analytics provides aggregate statistics on visits, pages, referrals, devices and approximate location to improve the portfolio. They are not used for advertising or individual profiling.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • To respond to enquiries and manage potential professional relationships: taking pre-contractual steps requested by you and, where appropriate, performing a contractual relationship.
  • To maintain the site's security and operation: legitimate interest in preventing abuse, errors and unauthorised access.
  • To understand how the portfolio is used and improve its content: legitimate interest and aggregate Vercel Analytics metrics.
  • To comply with legal obligations or valid requests from authorities: compliance with a legal obligation.

No automated decisions are made and no profiles are created using your data.

4. Retention

Messages and contact details will be kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or relationship. They may then be blocked or restricted for the legal periods required to address potential liabilities. Technical logs will be retained for the minimum period set by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

5. Recipients and external services

Personal data is not sold. Providers required for hosting, databases, email and abuse prevention—currently Vercel, MongoDB Atlas, Resend and Cloudflare—may access it as processors or service providers, as may authorities where there is a legal obligation. By using links to X or the external booking service, you voluntarily access platforms that operate under their own policies. Review those policies before providing them with data.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by the GDPR must be applied where appropriate, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability of your data by emailing hola@bieeel.com. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything done beforehand.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. To protect your data, you may be asked for reasonable information to verify your identity.

7. Cookies and local storage

The current version of the site does not use advertising cookies. It stores light or dark mode and language preferences in the browser, and uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate metrics. The form applies technical limits and Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce abuse. If non-essential technologies are added in the future, this policy must be updated before they are enabled.

8. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied in proportion to the risk. No internet-connected system is completely infallible, but any incident will be handled in line with applicable legal obligations.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated if the site, its providers or regulations change. The version published here, together with its update date, will be the current version. You can also read the Legal notice.
